You should seriously sue him for royalties dood! If for anything, he's using bad grammer man!! C'mon, this is an obvious need for a past participle phrase, not just a staight up past action. "You've lost me" is grammatically correct in this sentence usage, without the 've, it's just not right!! Huzzah! Chalk one up for the guy that blogs without getting paid like Shakespear!!
